Our Consulting Director, Kevin Else, will be giving a light hearted wander through his experience of both being audited and doing the auditing for companies’ information security status, to ensure you ace any audit you come across.
Kevin’s experience of information security standards and the practical implementation of them has led to some “interesting” insights into both how an auditor’s mind works and how the fear of the auditor leads users to go to pieces.
What the session will provide, is guidance on how to; approach an audit, the right preparation, what the users being interviewed need to know and plethora of tips and tricks to help you handle information security audits. Whether it is internal, by a supplier or a client, this will increase your ability to achieve an accreditation.
The event will allow attendees to network and enjoy some morning tea/coffee and pastries before the presentation starts. Kevin will guide the audience through these unique auditing insights and then will give the audience an opportunity to ask their questions directly in a Q&A session.
