Role Overview

This is an exciting opportunity to learn new skills in the world of robotic process automation. 

Design, develop and implement software robots and bots to enhance the efficiency of business processes. 

Our internal teams will provide full training and industry accreditations.
 

To drive efficiency, flexibility & resilience across the BG&UK Market Unit through the championing and deployment of robotic process automation. RPA specialists will actively engage with a range of operational & functional stakeholders working to identify, assess and deliver automations that drive value in Bupa.

The role holder will also need to ensure that existing automations are operating robustly, with appropriate controls, and continue to drive efficiency for the businesses. Support the RPA Operational Lead in the delivery of objectives & accountabilities including the creation of MI and input to the overall strategic direction and delivery model.

What you’ll do:

• Engage with Business Leaders to identify, prioritize and deliver automation of business processes.
• Identifying new process opportunities and accurately analysing and estimating new processes, quickly assessing feasibility.
• Work as part of Bupa’s central RPA Practice to ensure that the RPA platform is secure, fit for purpose and aligned with business demand.
• Follow the RPA framework that underpins the rapid and repeatable delivery of process automation and ongoing scheduling, monitoring, support and change maximizing return on benefits.
• Oversee the quality delivery of RPA solutions in accordance with the agreed RPA Delivery Methodology to achieve a consistent high standard of solution to Business Requirements.

• Excellent stakeholder management & influencing skills, the ability to interview colleagues, gather business process details and identify solution requirements.
• Process mindset with the ability to define and map out processes.
• Deep understanding of RPA principles and the application within a business environment.
• Technical competency with an RPA toolset preferably Blue Prism.
