From the perspective of an email marketing software provider, one of the biggest issues is maintaining and improving email deliverability. With the increasing volume of emails being sent and the evolving algorithms and filters used by email service providers, ensuring that emails reach the intended recipients' inboxes can be challenging. Factors such as spam filters, sender reputation, and engagement metrics play crucial roles in determining whether an email arrives in an inbox. As a result, email marketing software providers need to continually adapt and innovate to help their clients optimise deliverability rates and navigate the ever-changing landscape of email deliverability.
What is your organisation’s biggest achievement?
One of our organisation's biggest achievements is the recognition we have received as the winner of the Emerce 100 award in the email marketing software category for two consecutive years, in both 2022 and 2023. This prestigious award highlights our commitment to excellence and innovation in the industry. Another significant milestone is the opening of our first office in the iconic London Shard, marking our expansion and global presence.
Additionally, we are proud to have reached a remarkable milestone of sending 500,000,000 emails in collaboration with our partner, Sports Alliance/ KORE. This achievement showcases the trust and success we have built in delivering effective email campaigns at scale. Moreover, our notable success in swiftly building a robust partner ecosystem in the UK highlights our ability to forge strong relationships and create meaningful impacts within a relatively short time span.
