Great opportunity for an Engineering Manager to join an already established and growing ecommerce company in Manchester.

The technology department is evolving to product-based teams, a cloud-based architecture and a continuous delivery, customer focussed environment.

As Engineering Manager you’d have primary responsibility for the evolution of the ecommerce platform and would lead a multi-disciplinary team of architects, software and test engineers in a fast-paced DevOps environment.

Skills:

Background as a hands-on software engineer
Strong knowledge of DevOps and CI/CD
Deep understanding on engineering quality including TDD
Good knowledge of architecture including cloud

In return they're looking to offer a starting salary of up to £90,000 alongside company benefits including annual bonus and the option to regularly work remotely.
