ABOUT THE ROLE


Based partly remote and partly from our Salford Quays office, the successful candidate will be required to provide a range of purchase and sales ledger work along with general administration, this role would suit a logical, detailed person with a passion to use their initiative and to learn and develop themselves. You must be a strong administrator and will have ideally worked in a similar role within Finance and be comfortable working towards timescales in a small team.


What will you be doing as a Finance Administrator?


  • Handling queries
  • Log and process Supplier/Purchase invoices (SAGE)
  • Handling employee expenses
  • Recording direct debits
  • Check supplier statement
  • General administration

  • Willing to assist other members of the department as and when required


Key Experience:


  • You will be a point of contact both internally and externally and as such it is essential that you are confident in handling queries and liaising with people at all levels on a professional basis.
  • Experience in working with Spreadsheets, Word Documents and emails
  • Experience of working within a finance team is beneficial but not essential


PAY AND BENEFITS


Naimuri pays competitively within the industry based on your roles base location rates. The salary for this position is dependent upon your experience and is relative to our current people. It is vital to us that all our people are paid commensurate, to ensure everyone feels valued. We assess seniority relative to the team at Naimuri during the interviewing process.


We expect you to work 37.5 hours per week, and you have flexibility over when you give that time. Our office hours are between 7:30 and 18:30 Monday to Friday.
